Following the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth (“HKFHY”) is committed to maintaining absolute confidentiality in the collection, use, retention, security and transmission of the personal data of our web users. Personal data will be collected lawfully and fairly and the data collected will be used for purposes related to our charitable fund-raising and other activities. We will ensure that the personal data collected is accurate and will not be accessed, processed, deleted or otherwise used by unauthorised persons or accidentally. Personal data including name, title, company, address, telephone number, email address, etc. will only be used to display the donation on the screen or in the text, and for designated activities of HKFHY. The HKFHY web server will keep a general record of visitors, which will only show the domain name of the visitors and the web pages they have viewed. This information is used for statistical purposes only, such as the number of visitors per day and the type of browser used.

Access to your personal information is restricted to employees or agents who are required to carry out lawful activities, and any violation of our Personal Data Privacy Ordinance may result in legal action or penalties.
